5.2. Storage Location

  • Data is stored in data centers in Vietnam and Singapore
  • Backups are encrypted and stored at separate geographic locations
  • Data is not transferred outside the ASEAN region without consent

When an account is deleted or expires:

  1. Data is marked for deletion immediately
  2. Data is completely deleted after 30 days
  3. Backups are deleted in the next backup cycle (up to 90 days)

  • Stored separately from audio files
  • Can be searched and exported upon request

8.3. Your Responsibilities

When using the recording feature, you are responsible for:

  • Notifying call participants about recording
  • Complying with call recording laws in your jurisdiction
  • Managing access to recordings within your organization

9. Children's Data

Kiloba Voice is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those websites. Please read their privacy policies before providing information.
